  • With your package, you will receive 1-4 dedicated meetings with your Account Manager. This is excluding having an open channel of communication via Slack and on-sites for content capturing.

  • Included with your complete package, content production is the process of capturing picture and video assets on-site to produce posting materials for your social account(s). We come in with an idea of what should be captured based on industry analysis, and then capture, edit and post your materials.

  • On top of capturing photos / videos and then cutting them, we will add verbiage, graphics and textiles to make your content more engaging. If you have an existing brand kit, we will utilize your brand guidelines. If not, we are happy to add our aesthetic flair to your overall digital landscape to give it a pulse.

  • In your monthly meeting with your account manager, you will cover the next month’s batch of content in a calendar and feed perspective in our planning software. This will have an approval/disapproval process, as well as a ‘make edits’ section. We also include our caption creation and hashtag analysis.

  • No, not if you don’t want to! With the complete package, we truthfully will act as your social media marketing presence. This means from the very start of the process (capturing) to the end (posting), we will manage it and everything in-between.   • Your lens account manager will quickly become an expert at the social aspect/presence of your industry. This means they’ll analyze what top accounts in your industry are doing to make sure your account is on par with industry standards. eventually, making your account cutting-edge in your space.

  • Yes. We believe that stories are an essential part of your social presence and a great way to engage with your audience.
