We will have an on-boarding session that walks you through our process of how we plan to share materials and communication. You will have a dedicate BOX folder for seamless sharing and uploading. You’ll have a slack channel that is dedicated for your communication with your Account Manager.

Your dedicated Account Manager will have access to your social account(s) always. During your contract-build-out meeting, we finalize engagement and posting expectations because it differs client by client / industry by industry.

No! This service is offered as an add-on for the handler package because many of our clients have superb existing content. We can, of course, add more to your media assets, but it is not required. We can also add branding, textiles and graphics to your content to give your digital landscape the pulse it needs!

In your monthly meeting with your Account Manager, you will cover the next month’s batch of content in a calendar and feed perspective in our planning software. This will have an approval/disapproval process, as well as a ‘make edits’ section. We also include our caption creation and hashtag analysis.

Each one of our clients has a dedicated Slack channel with openness in mind. Know that our Account Managers are only dedicating as much time per month as your investment allows, but, client-relationship management is a top priority at Lens Media and we make sure we’re taking exceptional care of our client’s needs.

You will have access to all of your platforms, always! During your contract-build-out meeting, we can finalize explicit instructions on what you want to be left alone or notified of immediately. We customize our services based on our client’s desires and expectations.

We finalize exact numbers and posting expectations prior to signing your agreement in your contract-build-out meeting. There will never be any surprises!
